What is MUT NAQ FO MUS (IC)?

Lecture by Ahad aka Zsolt Sőrés

In this lecture we will discuss the aesthetics and practice of experimental electroacoustic music interpreted through new materialist sound ontology and the so-called sonic turn. A special focus will be given to the prominent role of new built electronic instruments as well. We will show how, for example, the PolyViola, presented at the 2024 Venice Music Biennale, opens up new horizons for musical and sound art practice. And finally, we will try to answer the question: What is MUT NAQ FO MUS (IC) really?
