"Between barely audible tapping and thunderous rumbling, rhythmic fragments emerge - forming odd loops that shift and fall apart. A performative piece for piano automata and electronically modified motor sounds."

"Inspired by the modal simplicity and spaciousness of Laurie Spiegel's Appalachian Grove I, this generative work explores the piano automaton as its own instrument. Algorithmic processes control pedal, groove, melody, and ornamentation, creating music that evolves continuously throughout its duration."

Installation for Klavierautomat, Pedalautomat and motion sensors
"8 an Schnüren aufgehängte Metallkugeln steuern durch Pendelbewegungen den Klavierautomaten. Wie ein Marionettenspieler eine Puppe zum Leben erweckt, bringt das Kugelensemble den Flügel zum klingen. Die „Klaviermaschine“ wird durch diese einfache kinetische Mechanik erweitert und bekommt eine zusätzliche installative Dimension."

"Glanggln ist ein Wort aus dem Tiroler Dialekt und steht für etwas locker nehmen “Heit buggl i nit volle, sondern lass es a bissl glanggln”. Ein Thema, gespielt von dem Klavierautomaten, wird durch Sinustöne mikrotonal verfremdet."

"voice explores how language becomes distorted on its way from speaking to hearing. The voice is processed live through microphone, computer, and electronic treatment; the Klavierautomata receives separate MIDI data from the computer. The audiovisual HTML real-time ritual system runs in Chrome and controls sound, image, and reaction in the space"
